How to Use UKSponsorGrader

1. Search for a Sponsor

Use the search page to look up any employer by name. You'll see:

• Whether they hold an active sponsor licence
• Their rating (A = compliant, B = action plan)
• Which visa routes they can sponsor (Skilled Worker, Global Business Mobility, etc.)
• When they were first and last seen in the register

2. Check Salary Thresholds

Go to Find by Role and search your occupation. Each occupation page shows:

• The Going Rate — minimum salary for a Skilled Worker visa
• UK median wage — is the Going Rate realistic?
• Whether it's on the Immigration Salary List (reduced threshold)

3. Explore Visa Pathways

The Visa Pathway Explorer shows the full picture for any occupation: sponsors, salary data, visa trends, and related roles you might consider.

4. Track Licence Changes

Each sponsor's detail page includes a Licence Timeline — see when they were added to the register, if their rating changed, or if they were ever removed.

5. Browse by Town or Route

You can also explore sponsors by town or visa route to see where the most opportunities are.
